Juniors selected for junior County teams
Letters
from ECLTA dropped through several junior letter boxes this
week: Phoebe Maloney's, Jasmine Walker's, Olivia Sofroniou's,
Nick Wade's and George Gray's informing each of them that they
had been selected to represent Essex after taking part in a
series of County trials during March and April.
The Lionel Cox Trophy is a 2
day team event involving 8 Counties, comprising boys and girls
teams from the age groups U10/U11/U12 with 2 round robin groups
with 4 Counties in each group followed by playoffs.
Each Lionel Cox team is
comprised of 4 players and our juniors will be playing in the
teams representing the U10 and U11 age groups:
Girls U10: Olivia
Sofroniou, Jasmine Walker and Phoebe Maloney
Boys U10: Nick Wade
Boys U11: George Gray
